Hebei Ruihe Composite Materials Co., Ltd. was established in August 2022 and is located in Hengshui, Hebei Province. The company covers an area of 60,000 square metres and is committed to providing green, low-carbon building materials to cement and concrete manufacturers worldwide. Its main business scope includes high-quality silica fume, ground granulated blast furnace slag (GGBS), and fibreglass-reinforced plastic (FRP) products.
At present, the company operates seven advanced silica fume deep-processing production lines, producing the highest quality silica fume in China, with an annual output exceeding 500,000 tonnes. Additionally, it has one GGBS deep-processing production line, delivering high-reactivity, high-quality, and highly stable slag powder, with an annual output of over 1,000,000 tonnes.
The company has built a silica fume storage facility exceeding 10,000 square metres in Jiangsu Province and has established close cooperation with professional logistics companies, ensuring an efficient and fast logistics system. Its products have been exported to Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and Australia.
In Anhui Province, the company has built an automated GGBS production base covering more than 60,000 square metres. It adopts an integrated manufacturing model combining "vertical mill + ultrafine grinding + optimised grading technology" to achieve large-scale, stable-quality production. The facility produces S105 high-quality ultrafine slag powder and S95 standard slag powder, with an annual output exceeding 1,000,000 tonnes.
Hebei Ruihe has participated in numerous major national projects in China, such as the Yellow River Xiaolangdi Water Conservancy Project, the Gezhouba Project, and the Donghai Bridge. With the advancement of the ultra-high performance concrete (UHPC) industry, the company's silica fume and GGBS products are also being applied in new scenarios, including wind turbine tower construction.
