Granulated Blast Furnace Slag (GBFS) is a by-product of iron manufacturing, produced by rapidly cooling molten slag with water. It is commonly used as a raw material for producing GGBS or as an aggregate in construction. GBFS contributes to improving the sustainability of building materials by reducing reliance on natural resources and lowering the carbon footprint compared to traditional cement and aggregates.
